Return Policy / RMA
 

 Return Policy:
 Warranty Period (herein after Warranty or Warranty Period): 30 days from the date of items/goods delivered by SHA Matrix, Inc.  (DoA).
  1.   Electrical urns, physical damages and tampered items will not carry any warranty.
  2.   Items like CPUs, HDDs, Memories, Mother Boards and any other used items sold will carry only 30 days warranty from the date of delivery from the date of shipment received.
  3.   Used goods sold will carry only 30 days replacement warranty from delivery date and absolutely no Refund.
  4.   Customer must notify in writing about any wrong parts/DoA goods within 3 business days to SHA Matrix, Inc for RMA.
  5.   Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization (RMA).
  6.   Replacement will be given for pins missing and non-working CPU's within 30 days of the shipment received.
  7.   Replacement will not be provided if warranty label, any UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code is tampered.
  8.   Authorized RMA goods must be received in to our warehouse prior to the completion of 30 days warranty; and replacement is subject to verification of goods by our technicians.
  9.   Refurbished/Used items are sold as is; before Shipment of these items, Customer may be notified with images for visual appearance for confirmation. Once confirmed, goods cannot be returned or order cannot be cancelled for any reason.
  10.   Goods will be shipped only after Customerís confirmation by phone or chat/email.

 Procedure:
  1.   To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from SHA Matrix, Inc.
  2.   Customer must notify about the defective goods within 3 business days of receipt by contacting SHA Matrix, Inc
  3.   Customer Sales Representative or Customer Support Representative to obtain an RMA request form or download by clicking the  below link.
  4.   Customer must fill out the RMA Request form completely, and send by Email or Fax within 3 days of goods received.
